Did anyone ever make a mod to allow names longer than 14 characters?

I really want to hyphenate the surname of one of my sim children (cause Fleming-Fabulous sounds flipping fantastic), but it's too long, did anyone ever make a mod for that? Preferably one easy to use cause I'm pretty dumb in programming stuff lol.
