Different households not showing in worlds when using other households

I hope this makes sense. I've got a few different households and my plan was to have them all be based in New rest as it's empty and I wanted a world with just my own Sims in but if I go to load one...

@puzzlezaddict Thank you for your Help! For a while i thought Sims changed for worse....but now with your comment i understand that its good...its like you can have different dimentions
