disabled every flirty autonomy via MCCC, still has a sim cheat

How is this possible? I looked at this particular Sim's relationship bar and there's a little romance with a townie, she also gets the Confess Cheating interaction to her husband. I already disabled neighborhood stories and autonomous flirts and modded no more autonomous flirty introductions, and no Free Love NAP so WHEN did they get the time to cheat??? Perhaps it's because I play rotationally? IS this another bug of the Loyal trait?

    I'd suggest taking this question to Deaderpool's support server on Discord, since it concerns what the mod can and can't do.
