disabled every flirty autonomy via MCCC, still has a sim cheat

How is this possible? I looked at this particular Sim's relationship bar and there's a little romance with a townie, she also gets the Confess Cheating interaction to her husband. I already disabled ...

I'd suggest taking this question to Deaderpool's support server on Discord, since it concerns what the mod can and can't do.
