Distorted main menu and CAS UI after patch 1.115

Hi! Does anyone know how to fix this? I even reinstalled the game and it is still the same. edited title for clarity - Luth

This is a common result after a game update when mods such as TOOL Mod and 15 Clubs Per Sim are now outdated. Check the current Broken/Updated Mods & CC list, always linked in Mod & CC Issues: START HERE

I disabled all the mods, and I still have this problem.

tiialeppanen Delete the file called localthumbcache. This is a mod-related problem, but disabling mods isn't the only thing to do to fix it. See Broken & Updated Mods & CC for mods to remove and update (there will be more mods listed broken/updated there shortly).
