DOES NOT OPEN ANYTHING ON THE BARS BELOW

With the last update, the Sims 4 screwed me up, the bars at the bottom, the phone doesn't open, the calendar doesn't open either, the vision where it shows the character's age doesn't work, everything is gray.
I can't click anything in the status bars and nothing opens.
And the icons below were moved.
