Does "Help Fix Bad Relationship" actually work?

I used it once with and adult to a child. He had a bad relationship with some kid I never met. After the interaction the child said something along the lines of "I'll try to work on my relationship with them" or something. He then went to school the next day and about an hour or two before school let out I got a notification from the child saying that he talked to the other kid he had a bad relationship with and that they were going to be fine now or something. I don't know if it actually made them friends though.

Yeah, it helps. Not sure how much, though.
