Dogs all the same color

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On my game in CAS and gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Dogs are all the same color, sims are all the same skin tone except on their icon on the bottom left when in game. Also a painted on bra that’s dark blue and won’t go away for strapless tops.
What do you expect to see? Differences in skin tone on sims in CAS and gameplay and differences in fur coats on animals.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

• The dogs in my game are all the same color and anytime I choose a different color in CAS they won’t change. Smaller dogs have brown and black fur color and larger dogs have Dalmatian coat. Should also mention I can’t change my sims skin shades so I have to use overlays to make them any other skin shade but white:/
