Donation box from mod similar to ani_'s from sims 3?

Hi, is there something already in the game, or even similar to, that allows me to place a box on a lot that my own sims can click on and put money in? Very similar to Ani_'s tax collector mod from the sims 3.

I want to create an orphanage but I want to create it from scratch.. meaning they will need donations from the community.
