dowloaded a house from TSR but not show up in library

I downloaded a house from TSR and I opened the folder and there was a whole bunch of package files so I extracted them to the mods folder. But when I got into my game the house was not in my library f...

Make sure you put only the files into the tray folder, minus the folder they were in originally. You have to check the custom content box to see the lot in-game. I'm assuming it has custom content.
