dowloaded a house from TSR but not show up in library

I downloaded a house from TSR and I opened the folder and there was a whole bunch of package files so I extracted them to the mods folder. But when I got into my game the house was not in my library f...

I have been putting only the files into the folder, and I'm pretty sure since I've been using custom content that I must have the box checked. I'll open the game and check though.
