All mods and CC are gone. Please help!

The March 17th Update and March 18th hotfix have collectively broken cc and the game. Supposedly there's going to be a new patch next week and we'll see what happens then. You can check these two threads for more people in the same boat and see what has worked for some people.

CURRENT ISSUE: many .package mods + cc not loading | EA Forums - 13260615Gone from where? Is your Mods folder empty? If it's not empty, have you re-enabled Mods after the patch? See the part of How to Use Mods and CC about game updates.
I have trashed all the old ones and now have downloaded completely new ones and have re-enabled on the game and still see nothing. EA what on earth have you done?!
Ms_ionie Please show me a screenshot of your Mods folder, including the whole address bar part.
