Dream home decorator Cant see anything

Hi! I downloaded dream home decorator yesterday and I was so excited. But when I started playing I noticed a lot of bugs. First of all, when I took before pics and left build mode it looked like I had pressed shift, the only way to get rid of it was to restart sims ( pic 1). Then I completely cleared out my mods hoping that would work, with the help of a program that sees mid conflicts. It didn't work. Then I repaired the game and tries without mods, and it got worse. I can't see my settings, sometimes I can't press the play button (at the main menu), and the build mode problem remains. Help, what can I do. Like I said, I've tried with and without mods. I've heard the UI cheat usually causes this problem, but I don't have that mod either.
