I’m trying to launch the game and it simply won’t, it says the mods are corrupted but I tried EVERYTHING I could, pls help 🙏
-reinstaled ts4
-reinstaled EA app
-repaired ts4 and expansions
-deleated and created a new mods folders like a million times
-tried to download fresh new mod files
idk if it’s important but I’m runing the game on a external drive and using mod managers
The game only use the mods folder it creates. It will not use any folder you create. Here is an easy way to find out which folder your game is using: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
@__Yuri_Sx__ Please try uninstalling your mod managers (so that anything caused by them isn't involved), then creating a new user folder (Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4) by renaming the old one and starting the game. Create a save, then go back to the Main Menu > Load, and check the filepath of the new user folder. Then download new mod files and add them. Please let us know if this works.
