@__Yuri_Sx__ Please try uninstalling your mod managers (so that anything caused by them isn't involved), then creating a new user folder (Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4) by renaming the old one and starting the game. Create a save, then go back to the Main Menu > Load, and check the filepath of the new user folder. Then download new mod files and add them. Please let us know if this works.
