@raej125 I'm having the same problem, but with the Green Gardening Plan. I have a garden with 2 plant boxes with a total of 8 plants. So it seems to me I'm in compliance, but I've been fined twice and can't figure out why.
Yeah, I personally don't mind the N.A.P. , it adds more game play, but it would be nice if they were clearer on what to do to resolve the issues instead of leaving you to figure it out. I'm sure more information about how to play the game will come out over time and people explore everything this pack has to offer.

I tried it, but unfortunately it didn't do any good, I'm still getting fined for non-compliance. It makes me wonder if this problem with the Green Garden Plan has something to do with the bug happening to the plants after the patch?
- @SassiLassi It would be nice if it told you what the non-compliance was.
I always got fined, but I always assumed it was my fireplace. It's considered "industrial", but in Winter time, it's hard to keep my sim from freezing to death without it.

Same. Tons of plants, still non-compliant. No idea why.
- @SassiLassi I'm having the same issue. My sim is actually gardening kind of a lot and apparently I'm still not in compliance for some reason. I think this must be a bug.
To solve the gardening issue buy a bee box and bug box to put in your garden.
i haven't installed eco life, cause i'm still unsure about it, but for the green garden plan has anyone tried to have their garden without any planters and pots on their lot and planted them just on the ground to see if they still got fined,maybe it doesn't read the planters,pots properly
- @Tkilroy36 Mine are in the ground, and I came here to find out if they need to be in pots/planters, as I keep being fined. On the upside, when I loaded this morning, all my plants are suddenly at perfect quality.
- @SassiLassi i did that, and I am still not in compliance with green gardening.
With that particular initiative, you have to have two containers of bugs the bug farms
