Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
It wasn't my game after all - after going back into my mods folder it was in my gameplay folder, which I dont know what mod it was, but starting that over it fixed itself.
