Endless Loading - 40x40 Playground lot in Gibbi Point

Please follow these steps to test  your game on vanilla game with no mods/cc

• Try the clean folder approach described here: 📓[GUIDE] Clean User Folder Approach | EA Forums - 12690428
• Just put a copy of your save back (you will loose all cc on the save but since you created a backup you can go back to that afterwards) and see if the same error occurs, then report back.

Also provide any  any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4. Upload them to a third party site and link or copy/paste the content.

Hi crinrict​, thanks for your reply. I managed to fix them by disable all mods and went to the same save file and saved as a new save file. Entered the lot with issue from manage world to build mode and made sure other lots in neighbourhood don't show as empty. Then enable all mods and relaunched again. There's no issue so far, just to have to adjust few settings on some mods back as preferred (such as WW, reapply cc items in CAS, some custom lot type like Basemental's Casino lot will show as bulldoze Residential lot instead, etc.) Other than that, all cc items on lots are not missing as long as I didn't enter when I disabled mods before save, mccc settings are the same. 

At first, I followed the steps from you link to let the game generated the new folder and put the Saves, Mods, Trays, Options(.ini), and UserSettings.ini but the issues seemed persistent. I tried workaround by putting any lot from the gallery to replaced the lot with issue and it worked temporarily. I can access the build mode from the Manage World but the other lots in same neighbourhood show as bulldoze lot (same as reported here), sometimes as pre-made empty lot (like with trees and plants), and sometimes with a blue square. If I don't replace those lot with any lot from gallery, the game will stuck in endless loading screen, despite the music had changed to build mode playlists, the lot won't show. If it's traveling within live mode to another lot, there will be sound indicates that the sims have arrived the destination lot, but still stuck in loading screen.

There's no LE file generated during workaround with this issue.

Did it happen without putting anything back ? Always test after each step before putting anything back. Just a new folder doesn't help if you just put everything back in one go. First test a new save, then only put a copy of your save back and test that way. The mods are the very last thing to put back.

crinrict​  no, it does not happen in the new save before putting anything back. the lot is loaded with other lots around the neighbourhood as expected.
