endless loading screen when traveling

I’m sooooo annoyed, my game was working fine and suddenly whenever i try to travel (go to hospital, travel to a wedding venue, travel to a bar, etc.) my game doesnt crash, but it just gets stuck loading. the words change and plumbob keeps spinning, but its ENDLESS. is anyone else having this issue or have a fix? ):
