All dynasties deleted and not showing royals

do you have a backup from before they disappeared ? If I understand your report correctly you had mods in when they disappeared ? It's one of these issues that won't return to normal just by removing your mods, you'd need to go back to an earlier point in time.

happened to me as well. all the dynasties are completely gone and unfortunately i have no backup :(

Did you also have mods in when this happened ?

Do make sure to test without mods/cc on the back and work with copies in case it happens again.

i did have mods in but they were disabled due to this being my first time playing since the updates. don’t believe this was a mod issue. unfortunately i went back to the auto back ups and its all gone.

sounds like you didn't play with the dynasties yet ?

If so, create a backup of your current save, disable the pack in Marketplace > Collection, start the game without the pack and for extra safety safe under a new name (all content from the pack will be gone now)

Close the game, then go back and enable the pack again. Check if the premade dynasties are now back 

hi! i just tried what you shared (thank you!) but unfortunately it didn’t work. saved under a new name and all and premade dynasties haven’t returned despite disabling and restarting so now i’m really confused. 

ok i take it back - premade dynasties have returned! there’s something weird going on with dynasties i made in that they’re no longer present but aspects still are (bragging, heirs, etc). for ex: when i go to try recreate the dynasty i can’t select the old heir but i also can’t unmake them as heir?

sounds like your own dynasties weren't properly stripped of what they had.

Are you ok with starting over with them ? I wasn't sure if you had played with anything.

If you are ok with starting the dynasty over with them, you might need to load the households with the pack disabled so everything gets stripped properly.

So basically, disable the pack again, load the household that has the issue. Dynasties stuff should be gone now, save under new name, enable pack and check if they can now reset the dynasty.

If you don't want to go there, please send me the backup you made before disabling and I'll check if there's anything that can be done without disabling the pack. Just upload somewhere and DM me the link.
