Equipping different skin details for the face and body?

I was wondering if there's any way to equip a different skin detail to my face as opposed to the rest of my body? I'm creating a female sim and I like this body skin detail snip and it's perfect except for the face. The preferred face detail I'd use is this (https://twisted-cat.tumblr.com/post/740065160408989696/dewy-skin-and-freckles). Is there any way I can equip the body I want to use with the face I want to use?
