@allbutfaithful Okay. Now copy your old save files out of the renamed/moved folder into the new one. Try loading those. Test in your regular household and a household you've never played in before. Unless you just want to start fresh, of course!
I was able to locate one of the problem mods in a new save however if i go back to my
old it gives an error because i removed it is there a permanent way to delete it? My problem was the kiarasims mods
@Rinmaruslays Head to KiaraSims' website or Curseforge to get the updated version of the mod. That should solve your issue.
I’ve updated the game to the new patch 2 days ago and All of the modes. Already removed all the custom traits and careers. Firstly the error was

As I read previous answers, the game is looking for something that is going to happen, but it can’t. I planned a cruise for my family using Golden Years from Adeepindigo. So can it be possible that the game won’t load until I’ll return the mod?
@PolinaZeml It is indeed possible. It could be similar to something like CC playmats, foods, and gigs, where the info about the mod is connected to something else in-game -- a household's calendar, etc. For the careers, a "Save As" from within the game can sometimes clear the error, so do try that.
