Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Travel to any location
What happens when the bug occurs? I get an error code
What do you expect to see? It should load normally
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes

I am getting an error code which I don't seem to understand when travelling.

I don't have much to say about the bug, the only thing I know is that I get an error code when travelling.

I have removed both mods that were seem to be creating errors, and yet, my save file still wont load.

@AlexRoseCL You'll need to test more than just the obvious candidates, in this case. Test fully without mods (be sure to delete localthumbcache), and then test in batches.

@AlexRoseCL Yep. One of the reasons I started my own Mods folder fresh this year. I'm trying to add only what I'm actually using, not what I might use someday.

Help with the problem in sims 4.after creating a character and choosing a house for him, the game does not work anymore and gives the error. See the photo below.I can't even move to the lot, it immediately throws out into the cities.please help me, what can I do about it?

@iD3fect Restore the game. Rename the The Sims 4 folder to The Sims 4_old, which is located in Documents\Electronic Arts.
If you are allowed into the household, move the Tray and Saves folder from the old The Sims 4_old folder to the new The Sims 4 folder.
If that doesn't help, return the old The Sims 4 folder to its previous name and delete the new folder.

@iD3fect Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, do a "vanilla" test to see if a mod/CC is your problem: Move (not copy) the Mods folder to the desktop (or rename it), delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
