Error code 123:a5fbd391:227abf27

Question

I play on ea app, pc, i dont know if this matters but every single time I try to travel to a lot it shows this error code, I’ve tried different lots, different ways of travelling, cleared my cache and all mods and repaired the files. I’m at a bit of a loss here as I’m in university and I can’t even visit the commons

@TinkerHe11&nbsp;Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, do a "vanilla" test to see if a mod/CC is your problem: Move (not copy) the Mods folder to the desktop (or rename it), delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.

@luthienrising I’ve removed all my mods completely and I’ve tried to delete the local thumb cashe and I still can’t travel :/

Drag/Move your whole Sims 4 folder from Document &gt; Electronic Arts to your desktop. Or rename it
Launch Sims 4
Start with New to test if your issue recurs in a new game.
