Error Code Relaunch Game Tried So Many Things

Hi! I havent played the sims since an update and it has to be at least the whole month of december. I keep getting error code relaunce game and I have tried everything that I have seen people post on...

@crinrict if you have wonderful or mod I had same issue until i updated wonderful whims mod the update for wonderful and are ready for today
