Error when trying to save lot to library

When trying to save a 30x30 sized lot to my library I am prompted with a message stating that there is an error. I have tried finding answer online to no avail and am my wits end. I removed all CC and mods, uninstalled then reinstalled my game from steam, tried creating a new game, and tried saving a different lot. I have been told that I need to uninstall the game from Origin or run a repair on it however when I redownloaded the game from the EA website it uninstalled Origin and replaced it with the desktop version of EA. I can also no longer download Origin!

What am I supposed to do to solve this?
