Error/Crash when travelling to prom

I will start this by saying, I have tested this entirely without mods and cc as well, and the error still occurs. I have not tested on a fresh save file, as this is a save file I've played for a long...

    @torialexandriah7 I just checked the calendar and couldn't see it there. I then traveled there. Let me try that again (guess this is why you shouldn't test stuff when you have lots of other stuff going on 🙂)

    You can just save the save under a new name (using save as) or make a copy of the actual save.

    EDIT: Yeah, guess I should have just tested longer. For me it works if I load the family again after receiving the error and load the Sims that are at prom. They are not wearing their outfit but that could be a remove cc issue. Seems I also don't have the prom goals so let me try something else.

    EDIT EDIT:

    OK, try the following

    1. Load the game

    2. Travel to the Prom lot

    3. After error, go back to newcrest and load the Sim you sent to the prom lot. That should work

    4. Travel home

    5. Wait for the prom prompt

    6. Prom should now work.

@torialexandriah7 The save you sent me is after prom. I do get the error when I just travel there but travelling there again works fine for me so I would like to test the prom itself.

Can you play on until the next prom and send me a save from before prom ?

    It is so odd that that's the case as when I JUST loaded into that save to look, it's 6:30pm on Saturday in game and about 30 in game minutes later, the dialogue asking me to travel to prom shows up, and it's still the day of prom. I didn't successfully skip or go to prom with any of them, and didn't save the game beyond that point for that reason exactly, so it would be quick and easy to replicate. Not sure why it would show up differently for you!

    I can do that, but is there a way to duplicate save files that you're aware of so I can keep a copy untouched during testing? Would just copying the current version before playing on do the trick? This being my Not So Berry legacy I don't want to risk playing on through my only copy of it before figuring out for sure if it is glitched or not, if that makes sense. Very weird that this one isn't already there for you, it still is for me. I have no idea how that happens lol, maybe I sent you the wrong version somehow

        Things have been super busy with life stuff, so just got the chance to try it now, and my goodness it worked! Thank you SO much, I've held off playing my not so berry legacy entirely up until being able to test this, I appreciate the help so much!!! Ahh this makes me so happy you have no idea lol it's been weeks
