Eyelashes not appearing with certain sims.

Hi All!! This is my first time posting here so if there's any etiquette I miss, I apologize in advance.

Currently one of my sims (male) aged up from child to teen. When I accessed CAS to change outfits, I realized that my CC lashes did not appear there. I checked with sims sister and the same missing CC was visible/accessible on her page. I tried changing the filters from masculine to feminine, custom content only, etc. When this sim was a child I could access/see the lashes but now that he's a teen, I can't.

This sim is also a vampire if that's of use. I checked the mom, CC works fine there. I have an adult male vampire in the household as well. I checked him as well; could not access nor see the lash cc. Other CC like clothing or hair isn't an issue. The lash CC are mostly from the following creators: Northern Siberia Winds, Natalis, and Miiko; and recently downloaded.

Info: I play on a PC (windows). After the recent update that crashed mods, once I received the fix update, I went through removing all my mods and adding them bit by bit and running the game.  

Is there anyway to fix this? Thank you for any advice you may have!!
