Failed to load game with error code 142:20ece5dd:fa4b743b

Hi All,

May I have your help for my issue. I failed to start the game and it showed a pop up message "Fail to load the game, error code:142:20ece5dd:fa4b743b. Please try to start the game again." It happened when I just installed the High School Days. I tried some method to solve the problem but it seems not working. Do you have any suggestion?
