Family Broken Suddenly

I already checked, its not my mods or cc, the issue is still there even when I take them out of my game. I can load into the family in cas, the house in build/buy and I can load into other households in the save just not my main family. If I try to load into my main family in live mode, I get stuck in an infinite loading screen. It was working fine earlier, but after I bought new packs {snowy escape, book nook, vampires, grunge revival, and cool kitchen} it suddenly broke and only on this family. I will note that after buying the packs, the EA app glitched and acted like I didn't buy them, but restarting my laptop fixed that issue. But it was only after that my household broke. All of my other households in the same save, and in other saves, work fine.

I've already tried taking out mods/cc, as I said the issue still happens
I've cleared my cache
I moved the household to a new house
I moved them to an entirely new save
I've deleted and redownloaded my game and all of my DLC
I've repaired the game through the app 
I also saw an old thread where the solution was to download the mod  Lumpinou_MilestoneFixes, and that didn't work either 

Is there anything else I can try? I really don't want to lose this family I've poured most of my time since getting the game into them
