Family bulletin board - can only set curfew

I recently tried to put a family bulletin board in my new household. All I can do is set a curfew! One of my Sims wants to leave a drawing for a family member, but he can't!

Information:
* I updated the game last night

* I own Growing Together and I think all expansions, I'm just missing a few kits

* Mods are disabled

* I have tried Reset Object (debug)

* I have tried repairing the game

* I have tried placing the object on various walls in my house

* I have tried leaving the game and coming back again

I have two adult sims with a baby on the way, and Travis Scott invited himself over to stay, in case that's relevant.

Any ideas what might be causing this or how to fix it are appreciated! Thanks!
