Family getting deleted after exiting lot

I play on a Mac with mods and CC. Recently I moved my sims into a new house in Del Sol Valley. Every time I save and close the game or travel to a new lot and go to manage worlds. Just exiting live mode in general will cause the household to get deleted entirely. They just disappear. They're not in Manage Households either. Just completely gone.

    @kaymackenz1e Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, do a "vanilla" test to see if a mod/CC is your problem: Move (not copy) the Mods folder to the desktop (or rename it), delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
