Family portrait at main menu is gone.

Thank you for reporting it.  I wanted too, but thought it was just me - and I was just grateful the game started.  Hopefully there is a solution one day.  Good luck fellow simmer.

Yes thats when it happened for me. I thought it would likely be fixed in a patch so I ignored it but, it’s still there so I figured I should report it. 

Nope. Neither of those worked and I even did a folder reset. I noticed there is a portrait for a smaller household when I switched between families. So maybe something to do with the size of the household.

LyssSimpatico​ If you use "Load" to load a version of a save, does one reappear? How about if you delete localthumbcache? 

Hi - same here.  But, mine went in the June patch.  I thought it would return after yesterdays (21st patch) - but no.  Blank sceen - and no family portait.  I miss seeing my little family on the screen.
