Family tree keeps adding invisible grandparents

I remade the two parents, completely from scratch, and every time they'd have their first baby this happens. I do have mods and cc, but this has been happening for a while. The only mod I actuall...

UPDATE: It only seems to happen if you begin a family with a single sim and move that sim's partner into your active household. I remade my sims as a couple through CAS and they have two sons..... No added "grandparents". A friend of mine told me she had a similar issue when her main sim married a non-active sim and he moved into her active household.
