Female Sims wearing bra in shower/when bathing

I seem to have the same issue as described in this old post: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/FIXED-Female-Sims-wearing-bra-in-Shower-bathing/td-p/5586994 

I'm not using CC. The female sim has the default pink bra on when she is showering. How can I solve this?
