First kiss Interaction option is gone

Overnight the first kiss interaction has disappeared from my game. I was playing yesterday (I am playing the 100 baby challenge so going through a lot of first kisses) and everything was working fine, then today I tried with multiple sims and can’t get any sort of interaction to further the relationship and the romance bar is more than half full. I have some CC installed but no mods, and everything is up to date. I’ve tried repairing and updating the game, so I’m not sure if there is some game issue right now that I just need to wait out, or if there is some way to fix it.
