First sim does not interact

This is a weird one: When I try to play as the first sim in my household, I'm not able to interact with other sims. I can click objects and I've found ways around it but I can't click other sims or self and if I play as any other household member, I can click just fine but it's something about that first person.

Do you have mods or CC in your Mods folder? If so, please do a "vanilla" test: Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving. This will let you know if a mod or CC item is your cause. If it is, see Mod & CC Issues: START HERE
