it's only been a day or two but one of my households just won't load. Everything else works fine, I can build their lot in manage worlds, I can go to CAS from manage households, and every other household is completely fine. But whenever I try to play that particular household it'll load for ages then quit the game. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?
@crinrict I do have some custom content, but it's loaded fine before this. I'll try disabling them. Thanks!

I have the same problem now. Only one household doesn't load, after the Crystal Creations update. Other households load well. I can get to build mode and CAS. I can hear the sound of game loading, but loading screen doesn't go away.
These things I have tried, and yet didn't work:
-delete all mods and cc
-clear cache
-repair game
-uninstall and reinstall the sims 4
-save as new save.
I think something's wrong with one of the sims, because after I downloaded the household to gallery and placed in a new save, it didn't load. (I tried it with one sim at a time) Yet, I can't figure out which sim, because it doesn't load through with any sim of the household.

hi! It's been quite a while since my issue has been resolved, but if I am not mistaken it was one particular piece of cc that caused the issue.
@pinpsaloora Are you able to load the household in an earlier version of the save?
Nope. I now tried to load earlier version of the save, before Crystal Creations patch (the save was dated 02/25/24). I can still hear the sound of the game loading to live mode but loading screen does't go away. I have uninstalled mods and cc.
I really don't wanna lose this save, I'm on generation 7 and I don't want to start over âšī¸
@pinpsaloora Do you have an earlier .ver versions? You can rename those to end .save and try them. See this post: https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/the-sims/the-sims-4/how-to-restore-a-previous-saved-game-in-the-sims-4/

@pinpsaloora Is the household currently on the Gallery? Perhaps I can test it here.
It's now on my gallery. My gallery name is pinpsaloora, and the household name is called berry. I have deleted all my cc đ
