Footprint and exclamation point thought bubble

Hi I’m in a relationship and I have a baby and every time I try to get one of the parents to do some thing for the baby, like feed it, the thought bubble with the foot prints and the red exclamation ...

Usually it means they can't get to the crib. Try moving it into a more open space, then they should be able to walk there. Or, something might be blocking them from getting into the room itself.
