[FR] Rental Rating doesn't go up

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Mac
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.103.315.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? For Rent, Growing Together, High School Years, Snowy Escape, Eco Lifestyle, Discover University, Get Famous, Seasons, Cats & Dogs, City Living, Get Together, Get to Work, Dream Home Decorator, Parenthood, Dine Out, Spa Day, Home Chef Hustle, Nifty Knitting, Tiny Living, Moschino, My First Pet, Laundry Day, Toddler, Fitness, Vintage Glamour, Kids Room, Romantic Garden, Cool Kitchen
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Purchase a rental Property and click on the rental information
What happens when the bug occurs? No matter what rental lot I purchase, even after adding furniture etc the rating is still at 1 star with 0 bedroom and 0 bathroom shown. I bought a rental property in Del Sol Valley at Chateau Peak.
What do you expect to see? The rental property rating change accordingly, example I buy a big lot, the size of the lot should increase the rental rating.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

The issue has been there since I downloaded the pack, even after quitting the game and restarting, or selling and repurchasing the rental property does not change the rating and it still states 0 bedroom 0 bathroom. Any help is appreciated thank you!

    @txsh38 Could you try putting it back to residential and then to rental again and see if that works ?

    Try on a backup.

    If that doesn't work, try saving the lot to the library, bulldoze and replace.

    @txsh38 Did you download or build the lot yourself ? Where does is show 0/0 in build mode or when you try to fill vacancies ? Did you change the value and then it resets ?

    Does the rating go up if you take care of the lot in live mode ?

    Hi, @crinrict 

    I got the lot from the default lots in the game world Del Sol Valley. It is one of the celebrity homes in the game. When I try to fill vacancies, it shows 0/0. The rating did not change at all even in live mode or when there are notifications that says the rating will go up after settling the tenants problems.
