Full age up bar after update

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you check the age bar and have this glitch.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I start the game, my sims' age bars are completely full even though they weren't like that before the update. My aging was turned off, so when I turned it back on my sims immediately tried to age up.
What do you expect to see? The age bar to be back the way it was before.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I got the update 1.85.203.1030 from 3/15/22 and updated the broken mods I could.
After the newest update (3/15/22), my sims' age bars are full. I've been keeping my aging turned off, so I turned it back on to see if it was just visual, and they tried to age up immediately. I exited without saving, took out all my mods to see which was causing it, and it was the same thing even without mods. I deleted the localthumbcache file in between these steps, repaired my game on Origin, and even restored previous versions of my save I was originally in, and it's still the same thing.I don't know what's causing it or how to fix it at this point. Any help would be super appreciated, thank you!
