What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all the expansion packs except for Get together, I have all the game packs except for Journey to Batuu, for stuff packs i own toddler stuff, paranormal, nifty knitting, tiny living, Moschino, laundry day, fitness, vintage glamour, spooky and luxury party.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load a new game and try to upload a sim to the gallery that was already saved to your account library. It will pop up several different ways. Trying to upload a sim in your library or saves to the gallery from the main menu.
What happens when the bug occurs? The is the forever loading screen stuck on the household picture. Or I will get a glitched out verion of the household portrait. The gender symbol is flashing between both male and female, the sim is missing, and the little pop-up screen is blue. all the buttons are off to the left side of the screen. including the publish button and repost to twitter button. You are still able to click the exit button on the portrait, but it does nothing. The create a sim exit button at the bottom still worked. Sometimes it wouldn't and I had to restart the sims app by hitting escape and closing it.
What do you expect to see? The family i created get uploaded to the gallery for others to enjoy and for the family portrait to actually contain sims. The household name and working buttons.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. They just patched for crashes and the pronoun update. It could have been either of these. My game was working perfectly fine before this.
