Gallery favourites not showing

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not know how you can find it unless it happens to you, my husband has no issues and we both work from the same room, different pc's.
What happens when the bug occurs? 95% of the time I go onto the gallery I do not have green hearts show when I have favoured a creation. In CAS when I attempt to save a creation of my own everything freezes and I lose anything I have done.
What do you expect to see? I would like to see the hearts show and to be able to save my own creations with no glitches
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I'm having some issues with the gallery & CAS
When I have favoured an item in the sims 4 Gallery from a creator I follow, I will return to the (creator) and no little green hearts show, so then I have to click on each creation to see if I have commented before trying to favour again, if I favour again without checking, my game/gallery freezes. The only way out is to close the game down then go back in, only to have the same problem. I also have the freezing thing happening in CAS, not as much as the gallery but on occassion, especially if I want to save to my library. I have tried with no mods/with mods, clearing cache files, updating/repairing the game with no change.
Hope that makes sense LOL.
Any help fixing this would be very much appreciated xoxo
