Game Crashes After Opening Build/Buy

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.111.102.1030 DX11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them, I bought them because the sales were tew good this year.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, it just started when the new live event started, the cozy one. Sometimes the life&death one would bug but wouldn't effect the gameplay. It like both the life&death and the new live event are like glitched together. This is shown in the pictures attached.
What happens when the bug occurs? The manage world icon and the play buttons are gone, and I cannot interact with the screen at all. I can only use the hotkeys for the play buttons (0,1,2, and 3), but it doesn't matter as I cant do anything else.
What do you expect to see? The screen is paused and can interact with the play buttons like normal. Also, I should be able to access manage worlds.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
