Game crashes when opening a new lot but able to travel to lots with my sim

Hello to whoever is reading this as you could tell by the title my game crashes when opening a new lot, but I am able to travel through the phone with my Sim. As I try to open a new lot , it would just instantly close my game and I won’t be able to access the lot I wanted to edit. I have checked all of my mods and cc and they are all up-to-date and I have ran the better exceptions mod and it’s telling me that fishing_spot_VFX is the problem but when I go try to find it and it does not exist. I have even went as far as to go through ChatGPT to figure out what is going on and it’s saying that it’s a fishing_spot_VFX.

I currently play the Sims on my MacBook air (M1, 2020)

edit:

I have found the fishing_spot_VFX and better exceptions mod has found that lot 41 was another cause and I have created a new electronics arts folder. Will update if the problem is still continuing.

edit 2:

After waiting about 25 minutes or so for the game to open up, I finally did and I am able to open the lots again. Better exceptions mod has said that the sunrise alarm is the conflict and I have deleted that out of my mods folder.
