Game crashes when small business opens

Hi, maybe I spoke to soon, both businesses still have the exception reports although it doesn't seem to crash when I play further, seems the issue is still there more or less. Perhaps Ill need to look at other CC too. 😢
Edit: i tried playing the cat cafe again and the orange pop up with the last exception notification keeps popping up now and the notification that the game will behave unexpectedly if i continue playing.
After i removed ALL the custom content, leaving only Lumpinou and MCCC (both are latest versions), the orange pop up persists.
So im not sure what I can do now. I can still enter the game vanilla, it's just that last exception still keeps getting triggered. Ive also deleted the localthumbcache everytime i tried halving the mods, no avail.
Do you get a last exception with no mods at all?
