Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? While playing the Sims 4.
What happens when the bug occurs? When you enter to edit a sim in CAS and exit, the options and sims bar disappears the same when you enter Build mode. Also, when you click the sim's simology it doesn't let you do anything else after and the game freezes, not letting you save or exit the game.
What do you expect to see? Sims 4 should be played without the game crashing.

Please describe the patch or change you made. After the update intended to address some issues players encountered when participating in the Reaper's Rewards Event.

One shows the game crashing when choosing the simology and the other shows when you exit CAS and the bar and options disappear.
