@Emiii20078 The faulting module here, ntdll.dll, is such a fundamental part of Windows, that if it were corrupt in any way, you would probably not be able to use your computer at all. So the problem is likely something calling it incorrectly. That, unfortunately, still leaves a lot of possibilities.
Please test online but with no mods or custom content at all, and let me know whether this exact error happens. If the game runs fine, that's your answer.
If you get another crash but a different error, please post the RM info here.
If you get this exact error again, while playing online, let me know what antivirus you use. Please also test with the EA App in offline mode but your computer still online.

@Emiii20078 Please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop; if the folder copies instead of moving, or you get an error when trying to move it, stop here and let me know.
Otherwise, when you launch the game, if it launches, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just let me know whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.
- Emiii200787 months agoRising Rookie@puzzlezaddict Hi so i tried this and I got a new folder there was no difficulties. I still got the windows loading circle but this was before the game loaded up and i got a white screen, after that it didn't show up and I didn't get any error message. i went into live mode and the game played normally with no error messages. So do i just drag my save files back and readd my cc?

@Emiii20078 Rather than adding back your custom content all at once, test it to see what's causing the crash. The 50/50 method can make the process more efficient:

When you've finished sorting through the contents of your Mods folder, you can add back the contents of the saves and Tray folders, plus Screenshots and Recorded Videos if you care about those. The other files are extraneous and can be discarded.
