Do you remember which CC item it was? I'm having the same issue and thought I've updated everything but I must be missing something.
did u manage to figure out which cc item it was exactly, i'm having the same issue and cant find exactly the cc causing the issue?

@Emiii20078 More than one CC item can cause this, and likely not all are reported. Some are listed in Broken/Updated Mods & CC , including in "Previously Broken." To find others, you can use the 50-50 test instructions in How to Use Mods and CC
