all my skills, relationships etc disappeared URGENT

Question

hey, i just wanna know if someone has the same issue after updating the new version. it started when i download new pack from the fall sale, when i opened the game, created sim and wanted to play as them i got error code that something went wrong. i didnt care so much but when i tried load up my 2 years old save and wanted to play as the family in the save, i got loading screen and then it took me back to world select without any error or some pop up. I tried deleting all my modes and it worked, i got in the save and it load up but now my 2 year old project family is without job, relationships, skills.. can i get it back or am doomed? only the son has school and his perfect grades but my superstar matriarch is superstar no more. vampire stats stayed the same.

i have the exact same problem, i lost all of my sims traits, relationships, clubs. the family was only 1 sim but its in my 4 yo legacy challenge save. it also happened when i made a new save, the parents didnt know their child (i just made them in cas). i have no mods installed as of then and now.&nbsp;

m1zer1a​ Did you&nbsp;ever have mods with this save, including after the game patch?
Please also take a screenshot of your Saves folder and post it here.

marramarr​ If you save your folder without mods installed, then a lot of things that required mods will be gone from your save -- custom careers, custom skills, etc. You might need to load an earlier version of your save.
